If you are getting this message, that means that you attempted to use a
credit card that was already registered to a PayPal account. When using
PayPal, if you have a credit card registered to a PayPal account, you
MUST login in your PayPal account instead of paying via the credit card.
However, if you have another credit card that is not linked to a PayPal
